Community
4-C collaborates with local businesses, organizations, and groups to provide the most efficient and best possible environment for children, in pursuit of our vision: To advance community investment in children to create a foundation for their development and to uphold the unique value and dignity of each child and family.
Through Partner Up!, in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, the organization offers financial support to employers to help address employee child care needs. Through 4-C’s Enhanced Referrals, local business owners and realtors can finance on behalf of employees or clients the use of 4-C’s experts in finding suitable child care.
