4-C programs are developed to help communities help children. To support this, 4-C collaborates with local organizations and groups in an effort to provide the most efficient and best possible environment for children. In addition, the organization offers employer child care planning to help address employee child care needs. The organization works with local realtors to support the child care needs of families relocating to the 4-C service delivery area. Finally 4-C acts as a resource to the local business community interested in supporting and improving the local early care and education system.
