Training Policies


Registrations may be made online or by mail, fax, or phone. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Fax and phone-in registrations will only be accepted with a credit card. Register early - enrollment is limited and all registrations must be received two business days prior to the day of the training. Walk in registrations will not be accepted.


A full refund is given if 4-C receives notice of cancellation by 4:00PM the business day prior to the workshop date. After this date, we CANNOT issue refunds, even in the event of an emergency. Attendance is non-transferable.


Only paid participants may attend trainings. Children may not attend trainings or 4-C events. Participants must remain for the entire workshop to receive a certificate of attendance.


In the event that there are not enough registrations to hold the class or workshop or in the event of inclement weather, the 4-C Professional Development Department may cancel the class or workshop and all registrants will be notified by phone.
