Training Policies

ENROLLMENT

Registrations may be made online, in-person, or by telephone. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Register early - enrollment is limited and all registrations must be completed two business days prior to the day of the training. Walk in registrations will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund is given if 4-C confirms cancellation by 4:00PM three business days prior to the workshop date. After this date, we CANNOT issue refunds, even in the event of an emergency.

ATTENDANCE

Only paid participants may attend trainings. Children may not attend trainings or 4-C events. Participants must remain for the entire workshop to receive a certificate of attendance.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that there are not enough registrations to hold the class or workshop or in the event of inclement weather, the 4-C Training and Quality Improvement Services Department may cancel the class or workshop and all registrants will be notified by phone or email.
