With the tough market of real estate, 4-C realized realtors needed a new twist to win clients. 4-C can help! Using our Realtor Services will help you win new clients by helping them address their child care needs. We realize when realtors are locating a new home for their clients, new child care arrangements may be needed as well.
4-C has been in existence for over 35 years, and we have assisted corporations address their child care needs for over 20 years. 4-C maintains a database of regulated group centers and family child care homes within Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, and Sauk counties. The database is used to link families to regulated programs by searching the database based on the parent’s specific needs.
