U.S. Cellular's Connecting With Our Communities Program Funds 4-C Resource Room Lending Library
(MADISON/June 28, 2004) – U.S Cellular has announced it will provide funding to purchase materials and support efforts of the 4-C Resource Room Lending Library.
The U.S. Cellular funding will enable 4-C to maintain safety of toy kits used by child care providers, expand existing selection to include more educational materials in Spanish and renew subscriptions to widely-used professional journals. 4-C continues to serve an increasing number of Spanish-speaking child care providers and parents. “Funding from U.S. Cellular will allow 4-C to continue to provide resources to child care providers and increase our reach to the Spanish-speaking population,” said Chris Breunig, Executive Director of 4-C.
