Statement of Fundraising Policy
It is the policy of Community Coordinated Child Care, Inc. to conduct publicity and fundraising practices as follows:
- Publicity and promotional activities are based upon the actual program and operations of the organization, are truthful and non-deceptive, include all material facts and make no exaggerated or misleading claims.
- This organization shall not sell or permit others to use lists of contributors.
- There shall be no mailing of unordered tickets or merchandise with a request for money in return.
- This organization permits no payment of commission, kickbacks, finder fees, bonuses or overrides for fundraising.
- This organization permits no general telephone solicitations of the public (excludes phone-a-thons with designated mailing lists).
This policy was adopted by the 4-C Board of Directors on January 28th, 2004.
